• Resume
• All of your telephone numbers
• List of Web sites you have worked on (if not listed on your resume)
• Whether you are interested in working full-time or part-time. If part-time, please mention how many hours you are available to work. (Please note we need a minimum of 20 hours a week; otherwise, things simply move too slowly.)
• Which of the job categories listed above you are interested in
• How many years of professional experience you have
• Any Web-based business ideas you have
• Geographic location. (Relocation to Boston is not required.)
• Whether you are able to come to Boston to meet. (This is not required.)
